It installed tuneup utilities 2014 without my permission, and trying to uninstall it atm. (Its seriously hard trying to uninstall it.) stoped dll files.

No, but the advertisers might sometimes show a screen which tricks you into downloading the offer. Always read carefully what it says. Click on skip/do not install,even if they are gray (although that should never happen, let me know when it does)
E.g one of the advertisers shows a skip button on the left and next on the right. Always click on skip, never on next, as next will install the offer currently presented

The program it installed should have been easily removable by using the uninstall option in the add/remove software panel in windows, but most likely since you deleted important files with regards to it's uninstall procedure which may be a problem now (judging from your previous post)
Try booting in safe mode and delete the files there, and scan through the registry for it as well

It was a trojan. Its solved now. Its also removed too. Have a nice day!
