Look, I'm happy for you. Finally you want to fix yourself out of drugs.
But it is not the first time, nor the second time. This time you are on your own. No more good advice gogodr.

| Good. I was getting tired of the excuses about how you were a victim of your own addiction-sensitive brain. I'm happy for you.

my p.o.'s a huge dick and has been the whole time i've been with him. i'll explain more about him later, busy with my girl | what a dick
good job though overall man, glad things are going better

Good luck man.
On the (very hopeful) chance the case is thrown out, can you request a different PO at all?

| TheIndianGuy wrote: | The reason for this letter is to explain to you why I am here in court today. I am here today because I had contact with another probationer. I admit to having unapproved contact and acknowledge that it is in violation of probation and will not do it again. In this letter I will describe where I’ve been, what I’ve been doing, and why I disagree with Mr. Burgett’s recommendation that I serve jail time.
Burgett comments to me suggest that he believes that I have been intentionally avoiding him since I left Mission Hospital’s Pacific Coast Recovery Center (PCRC) on 3-14-14. I do not agree with his thinking on this matter. Mr. Burgett was aware that my stay at Mission Hospital was from 2-14-14 to 3-14-14. My requirement upon entering PCRC was to see Mr. Burgett on 4-1-14.
Burgett called my parent’s home on 3-21-14 during a time while I was at rehab and no one was home. When my parents informed me, I immediately returned his call. I left him a voice message to inform him of my new residence and cell phone number on 3-21-14.
Burgett called my parents home on 3-27-14. He asked my parents to inform me that I needed to see him the next morning on 3-28-14. During my visit to Burgett on 3-28-14, he accused me of avoiding probation, purposely calling his office after hours, and making no attempt to get in contact with him prior to our scheduled visit. I have no explanation for his behavior, but at the least, it was very unfair.
Since my completion of PCRC on 3-14-14, I have taken action in improving my life and continuing my recovery. I moved into New Life Spirit sober living home in Huntington Beach on 3-14-14, continued with my recovery at Hoag Hospital’s Chemical Dependency Program on 3-18-14, and have recently landed a job at Taco Bell in Huntington Beach.
Mr. Burgett informed me he is recommending to the court that I serve jail time. If I am incarcerated, I’m concerned that this would be counterproductive towards my recovery. I have spent the past 2 months avoiding drug users and keeping contact with only those in recovery mode like myself. I’m concerned if I am placed into constant contact with drug abusers in jail, I will be tempted to destroy the recovery base I have established over the past 7 weeks. I am also concerned that jail time will result in me losing my status in rehab, losing my job, and result in me being kicked out of my sober living home. I have some really positive recovery momentum built up and would like to keep it rolling. Please consider this when you determine what course of action is best for me.
Thanks,
Dustin Mills | is there an NDA on posting that?
anyways wow, hard to understand why he recommends jail time other than he likes being in power and using that power
