there are 3 addresses (i think it's crc check) access to this code(the one i wanna nop)

so i was messing around, and i found that if you nop these 3 addresses and NOP the that code, the game doesn't crash/stop. CHEAT WORK!

BUT cpu keep loading to 100%. so i check exe with process hacker.


it's like 1 move in game create 1 of these. just a few second. your pc is like it's gonna explode

Once I have worked on a game, where the anti-cheat did something similar. When it has detected cheating, the game has slowly become more and more laggy and later, it has crashed. It was a small indie game. Some indie game developers seem to be tricky guys. For the first run, I thought it's a game bug, but then I figured this was just a weird way to punish cheaters.

The bottom line is, just because your cheat is working, it doesn't mean it was not detected and if it was detected, hell knows what kind of evil plan was set into motion. My guess is that you didn't take care of all the CRC checks, and nopping the code was probably not the good solution anyway.
