How do I cheat?

Okay I searched values with array of bytes and I successfully speed hacked however sometimes it lasts for a short time before I get booted out (Only I get crashed out of the server) or it can even not work at all! Also sometimes it works all the time. The game is called roblox is there any way to avoid this? Just so you know I am not a huge computer guy so make it easy so I can understand. Thanks I appreciate it.
