1 - Make sure you're attaching to the right process, especially when it comes to Flash games and such on chrome. In Chrome hit Shift+Escape, look for the flash plugin, find the process ID, convert to hex, then attach to that one in the CE process list.
2 - If you're attached to the right process but the value won't really change, then it's not the right address. Commonly people try to edit the display address instead of the actual address. Do an unknown search. If you don't know how, run the CE tutorial.

Can you change the address directly in CE and have the changes show up in-game?
If not, then NO it's NOT the right address. It may just be the display and not the actual value. Do an unknown intiial scan and then ONLY do increased, decreased, changed, or unchanged. If the numbers you see are not the actual numbers, then don't ever type them into CE because they're wrong, so you have to use the logical searches to find how the values are actually being stored.

I know how the value is been stored, it was store in hex and, so I have to convert from dec to hex then rearrange it according to the pattern as how they store (I found out how they store the hex pattern from web also). When I search, I search by array of byte (also learn it from web), that is how I find the value and change it. The fast that I can go through the tutorial and pass it, but when come to game, it doesn't work. Is there any thing else I can do ?

Rydians correct please do a %age scan in case of flash games or unknown value scan as the values you see are sometimes multiplied by 8 or some other no. in actual address so that you can not find it so do not straightaway search for the value you see on screen....
Good luck.....
Happy cheating.....
