Cheat Engine

I used the exact same table for about 3-4 hours ago, was about to use it again, but when I load it and everything loads smoothly, as soon as I try to press something, it freezes and I'm forced to exit the process.

I haven't done/installed anything since the last time I used it. I have tried both the 64 bit and the 32 bt.

Perhaps it's some program running in the background interfering. Are there any known problems with some programs?

doubleclick the .CT file in the shell, or launch the 32-but cheat engine

And yes, there are some programs known to interfere. Daemon tools for example injects into cheat engine and raises exceptions when the file dialogs are used, which cheat engine doesn't expect, and thus crashes

Other shell extensions can also do that
