I'm looking for another team of developers to help create a game. Odds are Evil_Intentions is still with me, but I am willing to grab anyone else wanting to help with the project. You will be paid, but not until the project is finished or near finished (depending on the quality of work and if the end product is worth selling at an indie game price). I am looking for people who are experienced in game design and anyone with programming knowledge suitable for this type of project. You can tell anyone who might be interested, just let me know ahead of time, so i know who is being referred by who.
I will provide most, if not all, materials needed to produce the game if certain engines or add-ons are desired.

I am starting fresh, meaning no concepts have been made yet, and I will not be in charge of the the code/language as I have no formal experience in any sort of language to produce a quality product, but I will be deciding what the game will be in the long run, open to ideas of course though. I will be willing to pay for any expenses for technologies deemed necessary and that you are able to use and understand without causing major delay. As long as it doesn't cost way over my initial investment budget.
as for what I need, I would like to have (an) artist(s), 2-3 people coding, and someone that can organize all of the above, which will most likely be me, unless someone can prove to me they can do a better job. I will most likely be doing the music and sound engineering, but i am always willing to get some more people to help compose.

Well, you should probably commit to higher standards. I know you're hoping to find people to contribute, but you need to consider the capabilities of the language being used.

Yes i have standards and some knowledge, im not gonna accept someone who wants to make it in visual basic. It's going to be up to whoever chooses to take the lead role. Like if they want to use java or C++ and what not.

It's still up in the air about what the exact details are but I was looking for an action/adventure/rpg.
Art style is up to the artist and if i like it.
As for audio it has to be matching with the art style and game so that will come later in development.

Yes. as long as it can be a full length game and not just a 5 minute browser game.

Honestly, I don't see how you could expect more than a 5-minute RPG game.
I'm sorry, but I doubt we have a team that is capable to make a decent length game, not even going into quality. It takes a while for a long game to be developed, and with everyone who is capable most likely has jobs.
I don't see anything being made that is true "indie-quality", if anything I can expect something a little more than a side scrolling flash game that we played on newgrounds as a kid.

I am not just limiting my search for developers on this site alone, so I plan on this project being a "full-scale" indie game.

I honestly don't plan on working on any real game project for a little while. I want to get comfortable with C#, XNA, and UDK before attempting a full game. My irl buddy and I are both working together to do small game related tests here and there but nothing big.
So while I'd really like to work on this as soon as possible, as soon as possible won't be for another half year at least.
