How to make real effect and hold it ?
Now i made a only visual effect of gain coins.. and when i try to spend them,they are coming back to the real amount ?

When something like this happens, there are 2 possibilities:
1 - The value you've found isn't writeable. IF this is the case, try making the code, that writes to it, inactive. This usually works.
2 - If you've found a pointer, then changing ANYTHING in the code will ONLY make it LOOK like you've changed it, while the real value is still working properly. IF this is the case, do a pointer scan and then trace the code that writes to the value the pointer is pointing at. Then after you've found the code, edit it like you normally would.

Sorry can you explain a lil bit about making the code that writes to it inactive ?  )

step1 . Find values of gold.
step2. Right click "Find Acceses this addresses"
step3. Find some add xxx,yyy instruction.
step4. Tools -->Code Injection-->ctrl + I.
step5. place code here// "imul yyy, yyy, (int)100" (without quotes)
step6. Click execute
