I was having some trouble with Editing things like star ranks. For Example in the game circus empire you start off with 1 star out of 5 and the most I can ever get it to go legitimately is 2.5 star rating. Scanning for this is difficult because the value you changes very rarely and I am not even sure if it is represented as a 1 through 5 because of the half star rankings . Does anyone have any good tutorials on how to deal with values like this? I don't just want to have someone solve the problem for me, because it would be nice to add another skill to pile =) Thanks in advance -Marcuq

I would search in either float or double as they deal with numbers that aren't necessarily whole.

If this doesn't work then you are going to have to start with an unknown initial value and pick either increase or decrease depending on your next performance. This is long and tedious but should yield you with what you are looking for.

Another thing you could try instead is find the equivalent of a score or a running tally as the stars will reflect this at the end. This should be much easier to find if they display your score and if not just do what i said earlier with the unknown initial value.
