You can simulate keyboard.
Which basically allows you to write a bot for like all PC games that aren't mouse based (I already created one, was simple).
And you can use Lua to simulate and write your script.

"Easiest" method is using an arduino, teensy or other usb based programmable board and set it up as a human interface device with a secondary input stream.
Then that device can act as a keyboard and mouse, and your program can send commands to it

Isn't autohotkey enough for mouse and keyboard event emulation?

@Gniarf, I don't remember AHK comes with gui or anything user friendly (I talking about the consumers, which most of them probably don't know anything about AHK).

@DaSpamer: I too didn't think AHK could do it, but judging from a few quick examples I tested you can create a gui from an AHK script.

There are plenty of 3rd party macro programs that will record mouse and keyboard etc., which can be fully customized for input, repetition and speed etc.. However, as far as I know, any intelligent/dynamic, on-the-fly-type interactions with another program would have to be programed by you, beforehand, or require user input. Given that fact, a macro program would probably not be ideal. If you have any coding background, it's easy; even a simple auto-assembly script would do the job. If you don't have any coding experience, a user-friendly macro program is your only option...that, or ask someone like DB to code it for you. Very Happy

I think your level of coding experience and what you need, specifically, will determine your approach and your available options - obviously.

Regarding having a user interface with your customized macro program, I believe programs like UBot Studio should do the trick...although I've never used it. I believe this software is ideal for people with little or no coding background. I'm sure there are others...maybe even free alternatives.
