You do GVT work on an antagonist pair, then hit them again 2 days later(3 in the case of legs) with 4x12 accessory work.
The between set timing is really important for this. It creates a progressive overload in the muscle. For the GVT work, pick a weight you could get 20 reps out of, so like 50 or 60% of your 1rm.
This program is for hypertrophy, eat a lot of food.
In other news, new 1rm for bench today, and got a new dead PR last week :3

Oh thanks man, I'll look into it later. Have been busy as hell. I work from 8 tot 5, then get home at about 5:30, and head on to the gym at which I train from 6 tot 8. Then I head home, cook if needed (I cook for two days), and then have about an hour before I hit the sack. I'll use the weekend to check out the program. Thanks for all the info you're putting out!
