So i attent local tournements for xbox live games and i use a usb drive with my gamertag on it. microsoft saw this and assumed my account has been compramised. the bullshit behind it i called them and i used the text support. both times they told me to fill out a form to reset my password and they denied it. over 800$ worth in games bought off xbox live and the assholes wont let me use my account. they told me they will "escalate the situation" give me "priority" and i would hear back by phone and/or email within 3 days. its now been 16 days and i have called them everyday with my case number since day 4. im about to press charges on them. just for fun. because my voice isnt being heard.

tons of people lost their xbl accounts and were compromised but it didn't get any press like psn did, xbox live is pretty much terrible

ya but you can press charges on any company if they stole or scammed you out of any amount of money. the courts have the ability to sepina them. and they will.
