I'm trying to set Karma points in showdown game to 200 .

I think you should use this:
mov [esi+000000E0],C8
instead of mov esi,C8

And, are you sure "8B 86 E0 00 00 00" for aobscan is enough? You can try CE6.3+ feature, it's not fully tested. To get C6.3+, you can download this: link (Install Cheat Engine 6.3 and then overwrite files)
