Cheat Engine

Well I've been using cheat engine since I was in middle school but never found the motivation to do things myself or care to learn because anti-hack devices sucked and I had 0% knowledge on bypassing them.

However I've always fiddled with CE when it was possible and was wondering something,

I've taken up the task of learning how to do pointers
and sadly the pointer scans don't work out all the time.

For example, I've been able to find the static addresses for No Cooldown, HP, MP, Stealth, and even Equipment duping for CUBE WORLD.

I could do this everytime I logged in but I was like SCREW THAT.

So I successful found the pointers for HP and MP, but the rest seem to well after some research break when searching manually for their pointers and the pointer scanner wouldn't pinpoint anything or would give 0 back.

I've also looked into a large post by the user Zhoul and thought I had the hang of it but I know nothing about how to read auto assembler so I was making assumptions based on what he said and what I was looking at.

Everything has failed since I am not adept after about a day of straight up working on this haha.

TLDR,

Should I learn auto assembly to better understand how to find pointers or is there another quick alternative aside from the pointer scans?
