Cheat Engine

I found a pointer, but you have to enter in a Hex value. Is there a way via cheat engine to make it display its dec number, and any dec input turns into hex? sort of like an easy way to enter in an amount instead of hacking to convert dec to hex every time?

rightclick it in the addresslist and choose "show as hexadecimal"

but really, if you have to do that, you must have done something wrong before that
