Well I have two hard drives with windows 7 on both. I wanted to put windows on the larger one, and make the smaller one
just a back up one. Anyway i installed windows on the bigger one and anytime i went to install drivers for my mouse or headset, my computer locks up.
Like to the extent that i have to hard reset. If i press like number lock the light doesn't even go on to my keyboard, so its locked up completely.
I thought it was strange so i reformatted AGAIN and it does the exact same thing. I have no idea.
Maybe because i had the drivers on the old hard drive and for some reason my mouse remembers them and it glitches or something.
(steel series sensei) My mouse has profiles and stuff and so when its ice blue i know its on my correct profile, yellow is default. But when i loaded on the the new install of
7 my mouse was still blue so it still has my old settings. I Dont know. typing out of frustration. Sorry if this doesnt make sense.

Go back to the original hard drive.
Does it still do it?
Check CPU/RAM/GPU.

Man fuck me its the driver, it just locks up when I try ti uninstall as well. Both drives. I think ima just leave it alone
