| Its an MMORPG that you play as marvel characters. Some cost real money though which isn't unheard of for a F2P.

| I played that game once. Spent over an hour customizing my character. Played it for 10 minutes and uninstalled it.

You're thinking of Champions Online (which is one of my favorite MMO games). Marvel Heroes is new and is sort of a Diablo-like game. It's fun, more-so if you're a Marvel fan. But I can see how it would be easy to dislike it.
Would be a lot better if they had a wider selection of heroes though.

My brothers friend introduced him to this game. My brother played it for a couple of months, and now he doesn't really touch it anymore.
He's 5, btw.
