I bruteforced the admin password and gave it out in middle-school. Kids had fun not having their internet access restricted.
password was shitty anyway, was "rayroberts" which is a lake near us.
I also got a few gradebook logins, which also had shit security. 2 of them were the [teacher's last name]123.

Minors can get expelled etc. And banned from all public schools, and if it's serious your parents may be sued for any damages or losses, but you won't get jailtime.

A rat, like a keylogger? I just used a network monitoring tool on a flash drive. Was able to use it from any computer, gathered all of the activity on the network. I got a lot of different passwords actually, tons of email ones. But the gradebook logins were gold. I never used it on my own school login though, I only used it after I obtained the admin password.
Also yeah you could get in trouble. Just don't get caught :p
