the biggest flaw i see in this test is that it is all dependent on how you think of yourself, which puts people with low self esteem a chance to score higher on the test and people who are full of themselves a chance to score lower than they actually are.

yeah itd probably be better if they took out some of the subjective questions about your personality and mental state and asked hypothetical situations like "what would you do if..." or asking a testable fact about yourself like "how many times a week do you..." or "have you ever..." etc
