But english is taught in the schools in Croatia, and one of my friends named Filip/Fika came to FL as a foreign exchange student and he spoke pretty damn good english and was top of the class in math (and he said that he wasnt even close to top class in Croatia).
So I think he is just retarded lol

Of course that he is/was great in math. It is proven how we have great physic and math universities, but they will never even compete with western ones because when you say "I was on Croatian university" people will ask you "did you went to the school with gypsies"
