It's a beta[aka full release where they don't feel like QI]. Ofcourse it's buggy.

It's only in beta because they don't have enough servers to support the whole world, according to an interview with valve.
They're adding servers until everyone in the world can get under 100 ping.

you mean aside from the fact that it doesn't have all the planned features or heroes?
im pretty sure that's a pretty big part of why it's still in beta

I guess the guy in the interview wasn't considering all that since there's honestly not much unreleased content left, and look how fast they're putting it out.
I guess it's just not a factor compared to the amount of work they have to do on servers/matchmaking and including a lan mode.

ok, so you mention "how fast they're putting it out" and don't expect there to be bugs?

not to mention you're taking an interview for gospel
so yea, im pretty sure it's more than just the servers
