Cheat Engine

I got Netflix a couple of months ago which is really cool, but sadly I have the Danish version which for one reason or another doesn't have the same selection as the American version does. I'm using it on my PS3. How would I go about setting up a proxy and registering for the American Netflix?

(p.s. if you're going to tell me to google it, you're part of what's killing cefrs)

Is it then as easy as registering a new account, and do I have to keep the proxy set up?
