How do I cheat?

| Hi, I am fairly new to cheat engine, I have seen some tutorials here and there and I can change easy stuff like money, skill points etc most of the time. Mostly the stuff that I can easily change value in game and test. But what about changing the stuff that are not so easy to test in game multiple times like quest state I am in, or unlocking something that is locked or finding item ids an give my self any item I want? I have been searching for a good tutorial for these but I couldn't find. Maybe I am not searching for right keywords. So what strategy should I follow in CE to find these kind of adresses? Or if you have a tutorial please give me the link. Sorry for my noobness

if you can pass tutorial.exe include in cheatengine, then you can cheat almost game, if you can not hack inventory, then do others thing until you bored. simple example: you want hack the money of player, but you can not find it, then you hack number of item and sell it at shopping, you still have infinite money.

| Unknown initial value, then keep scanning based on whether it's changed or not when you do things like move an item around in your inventory.
