How do I cheat?

When i try to install Cheat engine 6.2 It shows me that Win32 is not allowed as program.

Can anybody help me?

I cant reply for some reason... But i have everything but Idk about the admin rights

do you have admin rights ?
what windows are you using ?
have you downloaded it from here ?
http://cheatengine.org/
check for any viruses you might have on your computer if so i'd suggest a full format
