you make too many assumptions. i'm nowhere near as old as you think and i keep various aspects of my life very separate. work does not interfere with family, which does not interfere with social life, which in turn does not interfere with lovelife. the only ones of these which intersect, would be lovelife and family life. i make sure to balance all these in. what i do in terms of going on the internet to various forums when i feel like it; is unrelated to any other aspects of my life because of this 'separation of duties' if you will
