No it's not. It's not easy at all. Compared to other sorting algorithm's it's easily on the more complicated end.

No it's not. It's not easy at all. Compared to other sorting algorithm's it's easily on the more complicated end. |

I find it really easy if explained correctly.
it uses the divide and conquer paradigm. if you understand it then it is easy to perform.

it uses the divide and conquer paradigm. if you understand it then it is easy to perform. |
As is every sort, but the complicated part is understanding it. And I mean, theoretically, everything can be understood easily if explained correctly. But you can't say that, as far as sorting algorithms go, quicksort is one of the simpler ones.

I never said it was one of the simpler algorithms. All I said was that it was not hard.
if you are comparing it to bubble sort, even a 5 years old should be able to understand bubble sort with no problems...
