I agree if we're talking fps, but for rts and moba it's entirely different.
Your left hand has to cover have qwer-df, the f keys, tab, alt, ctrl, etc. while your right hand has to pretty much right/left click constantly for an hour straight.
There's no time to be moving your right hand to the numpad to activate items, especially when you need them most.
Right now I have all my items bound to 1-6 above the letters, but I'm always hitting f2 on accident which selects the courier and then I'm pretty much dead because I can't control my hero.
If I had a six key pad on the thumb side of my mouse I would be happy as a vagina. |

I have long fingers. I can hit all 3 on the side of the left click and still have enough to fire my gun with the left click. Also the side buttons don't hinder. My thumb doesn't do anything anyway. I palm grip so I move the mouse with my palm alone. |
i dont know how anyone could possibly palm grip, i guess people like you exist, ill just never understand, i feel like a retard if I hold my mouse that way |

| What's the response time like with the G700? My mouse cable has been causing annoying friction and the mouse is fucking up anyway, so I'd get a wireless mouse if it were actually good for gaming.
