Thats...thats entirely bragging. Just because you inserted the word "help" into there doesn't mean it's not bragging. And "help carry" doesn't even make sense. |
Saying i carry doesn't mean bragging. If i said I was better than every single person I play with and against, yea that's bragging. I'm obviously way behind on the skill spectrum when compared to veterans, but compared to people our level, we carry almost every game. |

There's nothing cool or impressive about carrying. It's expected of you, and if you don't, your team will lose. Saying "I can carry" is saying "I can do my job properly" and not "I can do my job better than you but I'm not bragging since others can do it even better". |
Why are you going to such extremes to defend him? Honestly this is ridiculous. Him saying "MAN ME AND STERLING CARRY LIKE EVERY FRIGGIN' GAME MMMMM LOOK AT DAT SCORE" is bragging, and sure that was an exaggeration of what he did, but he tried to do the same exact thing in the opposite direction when he tried to politely say "I help carry games at times."
Seriously Cryoma, it seems like everything you say makes you seem dumber and dumber. If he thought he was "just doing his job," he wouldn't have taken a screenshot of the scoreboard.
Kyle, what you gotta understand is that absolutely nothing, NOTHING is impressive until it's done at at least like 1500+ ELO in a ranked games. In anything else, the chances of you running up against a band of five retards is like one in twenty, and anything can happen. I'm not even 1500 ELO, but that's also why I don't post about my three 10+/0 games as Yi jungle in a row during the beginning of this patch. |
But i did make the statement in the past, not in this thread, that I am nothing compared to high elo players. |
Then stop acting like you think you are. Once saying, "I'm not good at x compared to people who are better than me," doesn't then allow you to then go on and act like, "Hey everybody, look how good I am at x!" and say it's not bragging.
And 1500 isn't even high. |
1500 is roughly top 10% |
It's not impressive to be at the top 10% of everybody that's made a LoL account. For example, I was an Illinois State Scholar this year, which means I'm in the top 10% of high school seniors in Illinois with respect to ACT + GPA. When you factor in the Chicago Public School system, that's not an impressive accomplishment. Almost half my school got it.
