Hi Dark Byte I Face Extremely Strange Problem
I Was Busy With My New Pc With Windows 7 x64
But Something Wrong Happened Some Trainers Are Working And Some Are Not How That Possible?
Both Trainers Made For x86 32bit Games?
Why That? And How I Fix It?Do I Have To Remake My Trainers?

Have you tested on other windows 7 x64 systems?
I use windows 7 x64 and it works fine, but there are some tools and extensions that can cause ce to crash. For example a multi display tool made by amd has the tendency to break ce. And obviously, some AV's tend to interfere as well
Can you load the .cetrainer version of that trainer on that system ?

I Made New Clean Install With Windows 7 x86 Service Pack 1 & Without Any Extensions The Crash Still Exist?
Now I See BEX Crash With Exception Code c0000005

I'd think it'd be an access violation. But the exception type would seem to state that you're doing some kind of architecture mismatch.
Usually when a trainer crashes on Windows Vista+, it's because it doesn't take the changing base address into account (Which doesn't change on XP, but does on Vista+).
Your error:
EXCEPTION_PRIV_INSTRUCTION
The thread attempts to execute an instruction with an operation that is not allowed in the current computer mode.
