I weighed myself today. After spending not even 2 months in Texas, I have already gained 20 pounds!
It's because of eating all this unhealthy food and using the car to go everywhere. In my country I hardly ever did any of those.
And I'm not even talking about the hundreds of fastfood restaurants, just all food in general is a lot more greasy here.
Today I searched a whole mall for fresh fruit or juice, couldn't find any.
Also, vegetables are more expensive than meat, the fuck?
It's like healthy food is not meant to be sold to regular people.

Well yeah, but I was talking about the restaurants. When traveling you usually don't have access to kitchen tools, so eating out is the only way to go.
Everybody here uses the car to go everywhere, instead if walking there. Which is understandable because everything is like at least an hour walk away.

Sounds to me like you ate shit food. Don't just go around eating at every Chinese/Mexican restaurant or burger joint you can, that's stupid.

Not complaining, I'll just hit the gym when I get back.
Not blaming America for making me fat either, I'm just saying that it's very easy to gain weight here because of the food being so greasy and everything being so far away that you have to take the car to get there, so you don't get any exercise walking.
Though it's true that I have been to a lot of fastfood restaurants lately, they're the only ones within walking distance from where I'm staying (and they're like everywhere!).
I never drink soda or eat chips or candy, btw. Just water, juice and nuts. And beer.

Also he lives in tx they have like the highest obesity rate of any state and prob the whole world lmfao
While back like 06 they had a 60% obesity rate In Their schools. When they I vestigated tbe cause it turned out that their meals consistd of texas toast 2 t bone steaks biscuts gravey corn and chocolate milk and on otherdays it was like pizza hamburgers and coke lmao
Imagine eating just that a year long talk bout zit face fatasses
Also Lol beer makes u fat as shit unless its lite but even then it still makes u fat if you dri k aa lot
