It's also supposed to kill a small percent of users on the first time, so do what you want.

Yakuza can't do shit these days.
I could get real drugs, but it's to risky.
I've known some friends of mine who could get me all kinds of drugs that I want.

But it's the same concept as anywhere else. They get it in large quantities and break it down for street distribution to their dealers and they sell to people, they sell it again or smoke/do it themselves.

this reminds me a lot of talix's opinion on the state of heroin in his area
while i don't know enough about you to say anything for sure, I imagine the yakuza has somewhat of an eye on who is aware of their existence and location, if they were easy to spot don't you think the cops would be taking them down in droves daily?
