It's way too much work and not worth it unless you really know what you're doing. But WP themes are easy for something basic.

I don't make themes from 0, I use the default base theme and start adding from there. ex. http://starfront.net/tee/
Any recomendations from vanilla? bbpress sucks dick, and I need it integrated with wordpress. |
