my internet sucks dick so it doesnt matter that the speed is lower and my ISP doesnt care, deluge torrent client also has a blocklist so I havent had any issues while using it.
if I could actually take advantage of private trackers being faster then id use one and seed, but as of now I have no reason to.

New torrent and I'm getting 4MB/s with more leechers than seeders. If this was a public tracker I would be getting 10kb/s or so.
