I live a tiny, shitty town and I can walk to where someone sells all that shit.
Literally, my town doesn't even have over 1000 people.
Edit: My bad, it increased a little. We have 1,008 people now.

plus i dont think he realizes i sell drugs and have firsthand experience in how these things work
a town near my city called Peterborough literally had NO heroin at all up until this past summer when they seized multiple kilos right after the Oxy drought.
that's just one of many references i'm working with, similar stories popped up all over America, ESPECIALLY around Florida

this is actually exactly our opinion towards the crap you're spouting right now; you're basically trying to insist that living there automatically makes you knowledgeable of all the drug activity between all age groups down to a T
hint: heroin is one of the few drugs exclusively handled by organized crime, you aren't going to run into anyone slinging it on your school's playground
