I have been want a mic to get for my computer and i do not want to have to spend a whole pile of cash on a mic, partly due to i am cheap and please give suggestions.

You could just get a cheap webcam w/ with a mic for 20 bucks lol.

I just plop it on my desk and only plug in the mic. It's an excellent mic. Great sound quality. The earbud probably sucks but don't use it.
Only downside is that it can take like, a week or two to ship.

I forgot to mention it has to be like a stereo headset and have a mic because i do not have speakers for my desktop and my computer screen does not have built in speakers  .

The sound quality on webcams is generally terrible, everyone complains about being unable to hear me over the static etc. |

A headset? No, don't get a headset, headsets are generally terrible. Either the speakers suck, the mic sucks, or the price is astronomical. They're also pretty heavy. Get that mic and get a nice pair of headphones. Think about it this way, you could spend $100 on a headset and get mediocre speakers and a mediocre mic, or you could spend $97.55 on headphones and buy that $2.55 mic.
However much you want to pay is irrelevant. You can get much better headphones for the same price as a headset at every price point, and then with that practically free mic you can even turn it into a headset if you feel so inclined. Go to whatever your equivalient of a hobby lobby is (a random ass crafts store with every small little material for a crafts project you could ever possibly imagine) and get little velcro squares or whatever the fuck shape you want and attach one side to the headphones and the other side to the earbud on the mic, and bam you have a headset with a detachable mic that's not heavy as fuck and is actually worth what you payed for it.
