Yes, but nowhere on world are possible speeds like this. Average speeds depend on how much people use internet ( because if you dont use internet you will take lower speed of internet( because it is cheaper), so that doesnt prove anything, that only show how much some country use internet), and this is possibility to have massive download, and upload speed |
Unsure if that's true, but regardless: I was referring how you say Americans always get the best stuff, while they're not even in the top 10 currently. If they get this first, I'd say it's well deserved. |
But that is not same they have option to get higher internet speed, but e.g we dont, the fastest is 30mbps , but for massive price that normal person cant afford |

just asked my ISP why we dont have optical cabels, and he told me that we have optical cables, and i googled why we dont have massive internet speeds and i found this
| Quote: |
Rijeka (Town) is already widely pulling optics for high-rise buildings as a pilot project.
But the increased speed will not be because of competition. Each operator must offer the same speed. As far as the optics are enormous speeds possible. And the prices will remain the same | - that post was in 2009

Such a system should allow the user to a speed of 1 Gbit / s, and thereby significantly reduces the unit cost of data transfer and allows the construction of an optical access omasovljivanje users.
HT was the first within the Deutsche Telekom has implemented this technology to test the concept and improve its funkcionalnosti.Hrvatski Telecom has invested in the past ten years, nearly 13 billion in infrastructure and services, and invest in TeraStream worth more than 30 million. The pilot phase will take place in December 2012. and during 2013. year, and the network was initially constructed with two data centers in Zagreb and Varazdin.
