EBP=00000007
ESP=0053EA0C
EIP=684F29C5

Probable base pointer =085D0000

684F29BD - add eax,eax
684F29BF - add eax,eax
684F29C1 - cmp [ecx+eax+04],ebx
684F29C5 - jna NPSWF32_11_2_202_233.dll+4229A4
684F29C7 - mov edx,[esp+14]

Problem was :
[ecx+eax+04] which is my offset ? and is this last pointer Question

684F29C1 - cmp [ecx+eax+04],ebx

you need to open calculator put on hex and

EAX=0002D3C0

eax + 04 = 2D3C4

so 2D3C4 is your result

No, this is an emulator(flash) and the code is inside the emulator's own code and not JIT'ed.

Your best bet is a code injection and then check the stack to see if you can find out a way to distinguish between what you want and all other cases where it's something else
