What do I do with Static value? how do I change it? how do I find the original one, the one I can change.

Static ( Green ) values are values that are always persistent.

For example, if you find a Green address for some game your playing, and then you close the game, that Green static address will be the same when you open the game up again.

Now your question is how do you change it? What do you want to change exactly? If it's the value you want to change, then just change it. But if it's not doing anything, than maybe it's not the right address for what your tying to do, or maybe the game has some protection against modifying certain values.
