Considering guitar strings are under 16-24 pounds of tension and the average hair can barely hold 3 oz of weight, I'd say you'd have to use so much hair just to get them tuned correctly (if you even could) that it'd cover everything and you couldn't pick and choose notes.

I highly doubt a ghost still in a womb would have a sufficient amount of hair but thank you anyways
