Ok so I am new to Cheat Engine and I can hack stuff like ammo and money but its pretty hard for me to find the address for health and it takes forever because I need to keep clicking on: Decreased Value and don't take me wrong I don't mind doing all that for a health value but its just whenever I have 1 address its a really high ammount like: 491042924
My game also crashes when I attach the debugger to a game
I have also got problems to find health on games that have regenerative health like Mafia II
Any help would be very appreciated because its very frustrating

Perhaps the value isn't stored as a 4 byte but as a float (they usually show up as high bytes)

Once you know the range of the value you can speed up the scanning. Also, once found, look around the memory to see if you can find specific markers you can search for (for groupscan for example)
Also, once found, and you have the time and diskspace, try a pointerscan on that address (rightclick in the addresslist and pointerscan)

Make sure it's not an online game

Besides that, never freeze multiple addresses.
If you change one correct one all others will follow automatically when they get updated in the game.

Enable the veh debugger in settings->debug settings
That will deal better with steam games
