Hi guys
I'm playing Torchlight 2 and I found 2 items that give you a +2
in luck to find rare items

I've been trying to find that value using floats integers and ALL options.
in floats I get values that change when I equip and unequip but none that I've found have the luck value
I've used 2 byte intergers and I can find it very fast but the problem is
when I try to find what writes that value then get the address for that
I look up its Hex address but it doesnt come up with any results
not even 1

I should say that in the item it says it gives me +1% each item
but in the Misc. Stats it says I have Luck Bonus +2
and yes I have tried rising and falling values as well as searching only changing values

not sure what I can do now

You have tried searching for your total amount of luck, than equip the item, and searching the total +2?
You have tried searching for you total amount of luck, equiping the item, and than searching for the total plus 2 percent of it?

The luck is in percentage?
Maybe your problem is with maths, not hacking.

If it is, tell me how much percent you have without the item, and with the item.

well its not my maths because I've searched for both increases and decreases
starting from an unknown value

the items say that it increases per % but stats say +2 in luck bonus
unfortunately it doesnt state the luck value only whether I have bonus or not

the way I've tried most is
search unknown value equip 1st item and search for increase
then equip 2nd item and search increase
then take away item search for decrease

I've also tried simply searching for change rather than increase decrease

[EDIT] is there anyway to look for % increase after searching for an unknown value?
