Hopefully it won't be as flawed as that owned by PayPal. But who knows, I've only used LR now and then.
The thing that gets me is that the exchange rate is going to drop fast.

Out of these two companies, I'll likely go with the lesser of two evils. The big plus for me is that I'll finally be able to use my credit cards, which were banned from PayPal because used it too many times with verification.

| I'm finally about to get my paypal 100% legit. I got my ID at the DMV yesterday when it comes gonna go upgrade my crappy savings to a checking and then FINALLY I'll have a legit paypal.

Now you can actually use it without risking the money on it. You said you had some LR, right? You may want to convert it while it's still worth a bit more. It's like 1.30 PayPal right now from what I see.
