so this is my problem. i have 2 pcs 1 is mine and 1 from my brother. he plays combat arms and i play tribes ascend. and it laggs only 2 me because tribes ascend is steam game (steam games always adapt) and combat arms is "aggressive" (when i lower graphic it is same because he then have higher fps rate). and i wonder can i somehow limit how much can 1 pc take from broadband connection or somehow limit fps?

games like combat arms and tribes take between 1kb/s-30kb/s, so....

Also fps rate isn't really related to your interweb bandwidth

why is then lagging? when im downloading i can max download 50kbps when he is standing and usually i can download 700kbps, and when he is walking max download is 20kbps...

game adapt 2 adapter, u need buy adapter b steam game not adapt reptilian biome. cap brother bandwidth coke bottle top. limit graphic to low keep graphic on control dog on leash. handle brother he steal much bands filled with width
