Weighed myself the morning after I posted the thread before. I weighed like 164, something like that. This morning, I weigh 159. I do think that I lost a bit of muscle mass too though. Reason for that being I went two days in a row without any calorie intake, one of those days was a workout day. Anyway, I decided to do a small carb up so that I can run monday, tuesday, and wednesday before moving to college thursday. I'll also be doing a workout tomorrow, monday, and wednesday.
Will update again the 16th.

I didn't notice that I hadn't ate with my sleep schedule, work, and general noncaringness. If I had anything, it was like a bowl of tomato soup or something forgettable.

I didn't notice that I hadn't ate with my sleep schedule, work, and general noncaringness. If I had anything, it was like a bowl of tomato soup or something forgettable. |

If I had anything, it was like a bowl of tomato soup or something forgettable. | Should always start off the day eating something. That should be priority over just about everything. I usually cook eggs really fast and down those or if I don't have time/feel like cooking whip up a quick meal replacement shake and drink that. While on Keto, meal replacement shakes help a lot if you don't have low carb foods. Most tend to be high cal and it's easy to make them almost carb free.

Yea, normally been doing eggs in the morning, but those two days I just blanked for some reason.

if you actually do a hard workout without eating anything the muscles will need energy faster than it can convert your body fat to energy and thus it turns upon the muscle tissue which will convert faster.

Yep, which is why I stated in the op that I likely loss muscle mass. Not eating wasn't intentional.
