Cheat Engine was/is CODED using C++/Delphi 7, as for the java tutorials:

I realize that, but I am going to be having classes in Java and if I can learn the basics of Java soon then I can skip a class, are there any good Official Java tut's is what i'm asking... I am shure I could learn alot form those 5th party tuts but I need to know what I would do in class basicly something official...

No I mean there are 3 classes
Beginner Java/C++
Intermediate Java/C++
Expert Java/C++
and they said if I know the basics of Java I can just go to intermediate Some official tuts on what would most likely be in beginer would be nice...I know I can find tuts on google but someone more experienced in java would know which tuts I would need to know...

He isn't looking for random tuts, he needs beginner ones, as google has , I've noticed, never returned with good starter things.
Although, have to searched for the actual offical book at your local library to read and learn? I know my libarary has the book, or books dealing with c++. You can also more than likely download it from a BitTorrent.
