One is updated faster (by a little), and guarantee'd to work on a 3DS. The other might not work on a 3DS at all

that's fine, i don't own a 3ds, and it's 5 dollars cheaper.

that's fine, i don't own a 3ds, and it's 5 dollars cheaper. | There may be more differences (not very sure myself what those are), but if you are buying a 3DS in the future (you did mention that somewhere didn't you?), it's just safer to go with the 3DS version. If you're not, then this is a good choice, or if you want to save more money, get an AceKard. It's cheaper, and it supports DS, the only problem is they don't update frequently (which isn't a problem if you don't have a 3DS)

no, not getting a 3ds
i just found out the cheaper one doesn't come with a microsd card reader which is a problem for me. looking into acekards
