I want to find value. But I don't know it. And this value never changes. How I can find this value.

ok so the value never changes

1 - open cheat engine and attach it to the right process
2 - if you know the exact ( x ) value you are looking for
then scan for it and then scan for unchanged value until you find it
if you don't know the exact ( x ) value then scan for
unknown initial value then scan for unchanged value until you find it

You can't find the value, but you might be able to find the code that accesses that value and go from there (if you have an intel cpu)

go to memview->tools->ultimap and start it
Do something in the game that accesses that variable and click "the code has been executed"
Now do stuff that isn't what you just did and click "the code didn't get executed"
repeat this a million times or so, and you'll be left with the code that accesses that variable.
Now debug, or do injections, and find out how it works

Well, just twice or 3 times might be enough if you know how to filter out the system memory addresses.
And if you filter by CALL only it returns a more managable result list as well. (note though that if the same function does multiple things, you might not find it if you do call's only )
