| I agree Cannabis should remain illegal because it would be so regulated and you wouldn't be able to make profits on the black market. The thing about marijuana though, however, is that they can test all they want and find it in his system it doesn't say anything about weather he was still under the influence during the time of the crime because the actual psycho-active effects only remain a few hours. Compared to the length of time it remains in your system (depends on how often you smoke) it can last up to about 3 weeks even with exercise.

You must not know anything about schizophrenia.
My father's schizophrenic and he refuses to take his medication yet he's never done anything of the sort but he does believe that everyone's out to get him.
I'm also schizophrenic and I don't take medication yet I'm here posting on this forum, not eating people & dancing on light post.

Doctors will try to give you pills to solve any little problem, you two probably are no where near as mentally unstable as this man was. He obviously thought he was some sort or zombie or werewolf. I mean the police couldn't even get him to stop eating the guy he ate like 80% of his face? If anything those medications will probably do more harm then help if you guys are emotionally sound without them.

I have a new opinion of you, sorry to hear that. Other than that, you and your dad don't smoke pot, furthermore this goes against my argument, but goes against yours even more; Marijuana stays in your system for up-to 30 days. Meaning he didn't necessarily smoke some super purrp skurps and do this. It could have been a while ago.
