i got this workout machine thing, getting a skipping rope for cardio, and ive got weights.
no excuse.
someone help me make a workout shcedule ya?

Work out twice a day
Do either :
4x10
3x3
5x5
(other combinations in not aware of)
4x10= 4 sets of 10 reps each. Each set is harder than the last. This is meant for endurance
5x5 is for a mixture of both strength and endurance while 3x3 is all strength training. 3x3 should be all heavy weights. You can put this in with about every workout that doesn't require a dumbbell or smaller weights. Those you should always do more reps with. Hope I helped. Also, SQUATZ AND OATZ.

Pull-ups: 3 sets to failure or add weight if completing more than 15 reps

the leg thing, 3 sets of 30
chess press thing, like 5 sets of 10
thing you pull from the top
as many as i can do
lots o situps, lots o pushups
water
skipping rope till i drop
repeat

| Yes you need a rest day. They are mandatory. Rest at least once a week if not 2 times a week. From what I can see you have a shoulder press, chest fly, leg extension, and lat pulldown bar. What other weights do you have there?

You obviously must not work out often, and You are clearly an inexperienced moron. You don't always do the same lifts everyday. And also shouldn't do the same workout everyday. Some days harder than the other. Please stop saucy, everyone has a different workout and it's just what I do. Stop being a faggot
