I contacted support and managed to get the details
takes 4 days for printing, 4 more days to get the items to the shipping warehouse and then up to 2 weeks for shipping.

use z and x instead of mouse buttons
and using tablet instead of mouse + z & x helps some people too, im really comfortable with mouse so i dont use my tablet, though its not uncomfortable when i do use it, just prefer mouse.
@gogo, artscow is from china or some shit, everyones stuff will take like 2-3 weeks to get here

yeah I would say mine if going through the same then..
I ordered mine a week ago but it is still not being shipped. I contacted arts cow and they told me it is all printed but on its way to the shipping place.
yeah.. if it is chinese then it will take a month maybe..

I didn't even use that coupon. My account has credit or something, I get 10 free dogtags and 5 free mousepads. Which confuses me because the only thing I've gotten from there in the past was a free mousepad...

I didnt have credit for a playmat so it was or using my credit and a 25% coupon or no credit and free shipping coupon.
the best discount was no credit + shipping coupon.
I have a LOT of credit.
by a LOT I mean over 1000 items.
magnets, buttons, mousepads, cards, prints, dogtags, bags, etc
